   - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

   - Custom or personalised orders may take additional time to process. Specific details will be provided at the time of ordering.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

   - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Delivery Estimates:

   - Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical delivery times are:

     - Domestic (within Australia): 3-7 business days

3. Expedited Shipping:

   - Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

1. Domestic Shipping:

   - We ship to all addresses within Australia. 

2. International Shipping:

   - Currently we are not offering International Shipping.

Order Tracking

1. Tracking Information:

   - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages:

   - Handcrafted Harvest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

     - We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

     - Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Handcrafted Harvest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

     - Damaged Items: Handcrafted Harvest is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
