A rich, smoky-sweet rub crafted by our chefs to bring out the very best in beef.
Our house steak rub is a blend we’ve been refining in the kitchen for over eight years — built from simple, quality spices and balanced to create the perfect crust on a good piece of meat.
Blended in-house using brown sugar, salt, and a selection of warming spices, it’s designed to enhance beef without overpowering it. The result is a deeply savoury, slightly sweet, gently spiced rub that caramelises beautifully as it cooks.
It’s the exact blend our chefs use on steaks at the restaurant — the one we keep coming back to.
How to Use
Generously coat your steak with the rub and press it in well. Let it sit for 10–20 minutes before cooking to allow the flavours to absorb.
Cook over a hot pan, grill, or open fire until a rich, caramelised crust forms.
Finish with butter and rest well before serving.
