Our Beetroot Relish is a true farm-to-table creation, made right in our restaurant kitchen with heirloom beetroots grown on our family farm. These beetroots are cultivated with care, ensuring they retain their deep, rich flavour and vibrant color. Unlike commercially grown varieties, our beetroots offer a more intense, earthy beetroot taste, providing an incredible depth of flavour.
This relish is so versatile! In our restaurant at the moment our chefs are using it on our smashed avocado and adding it to our charcuterie boards. The natural sweetness of the beetroots is balanced with just the right touch of seasoning, making the beetroots flavour really shine.

How We Use It:
1. Breakfast: Try a dollop on your eggs, added to avocado or with fried mushrooms for a delicious sweet earthy addition.
2. Charcuterie: We include our beetroot relish on our charcuterie boards as a savory-sweet pairing. Pairs incredibly well with brie, goat and blue cheeses.
3. Beef Burgers: Our beetroot relish pairs exceptionally well with a beef burger. Its earthy sweetness complements the savoury, rich taste of beef, adding a refreshing contrast.
4. Grilled meats: Serve alongside grilled chicken, lamb, or pork as a vibrant, sweet contrast to the smoky flavours.
