We take so much pride in growing our own heirloom cayenne chillis right here on our farm. Our chillis are carefully harvested, sustainably grown and naturally dried with premium Australian sea salt, preserving their rich colour and incredible flavour.

Commercial chilli salts often use high heat processes which destroys flavour and colour, but we do things differently. We naturally dry our chillis slowly with the salt capturing their full essence, giving you a chilli salt that's incredibly flavourful and has this bold colour. This salt is the same salt used by the chefs at our restaurant to enhance their favourite dishes and now, we can't wait to share it with your kitchen too.

Our Favorite Ways to Use:

1. Sprinkled on Breakfast: At the moment we are sprinkling this salt on our smashed avocado. It creates a beautiful warmth and extra flavour to the meal. Try sprinkling this salt over breakfast.

2. Cocktail Rim: Also on our menu at the moment we have a "Chilli Rim Margarita", it's so incredible! Do a chilli salt rim and pair it with a classic margarita. The lime and chilli is the perfect pairing.

3. Meals: This salt is so versatile! Add to soups, stews, or pasta sauces. It adds an incredible depth of heat and flavour to meals.

4. Potatoes: Roast potatoes and finish with chilli salt! Simple and very delicious. Try with other roasted vegetables too.
