My Mum grows this incredible variety of mint, its called chocolate mint. It has a dark green leaf and it is thriving in her country garden. Her mint is unlike any you'll find at the grocery store, it's incredibly fresh, bursting with incredible flavour and you can tell it's lovingly nurtured by hand.
We first created this mint sugar to use in our restaurant’s bar (try adding to a Mojito, rim a coupe glass for a Mint Margarita or even mix with lemonade and soda water for a non alcoholic option, yum!) The cocktails were amazing and this mint sugar tranformed ordinary drinks into unique experiences. I asked Mum if she could grow more, she said yes! Now, we’re excited to share this blend with you.

How We Like To Use Mint Sugar:
