A delicate, floral syrup made from elderflowers grown in Grandma’s backyard.

These elderflowers have been grown and cared for over time — planted, nurtured, and now harvested each season when the blossoms are at their peak. We collect the flowers by hand and bring them into our kitchen, where they’re gently transformed into this syrup.

Elderflower has a light, fragrant flavour — softly floral with subtle notes of honey, pear, and citrus. It’s refreshing, elegant, and unlike anything else.

Made in-house, this syrup is beautifully balanced — aromatic without being overpowering, and sweet enough to carry the flavour while still feeling clean and fresh.

It’s one of those ingredients that instantly lifts a drink.

How to Use

Add a splash to a glass, then top with soda water, lemonade, or a mix of both.

For a lighter, more delicate drink, use soda water.

For something sweeter, use lemonade.

Serve over ice for a refreshing floral drink.
