Our Mandarin Marmalade is made using a simple yet amazing recipe that includes only mandarin, sugar, and lime! This marmalade brings out the best in locally grown Gayndah mandarins. The chunky texture, filled with substantial pieces of mandarin skin, provides a delightful, zesty burst of flavour with every bite. Crafted in-house by our chefs, this marmalade is perfect for spreading on toast, enhancing your favourite baked goods or adding a citrusy touch to various dishes.

How We Like To Use Our Madarin Marmalade 

  1. Classic Breakfast Spread: Of course how you would traditionally use marmalade! Slathered generously on toast, crumpets or scones.
  2. Glaze for Meat: Try use it as a glaze for roasted chicken or pork to add a sweet and tangy layer of flavour.
  3. Baked Goods: Incorporate into cakes, tarts or muffins to infuse them with a citrusy twist. My favourite recipe is a thumb print cookie with a Marmalade filling. Yum!
  4. Cheese Pairing: Serve with a cheese board, pairing particularly well with aged cheddar or creamy brie.
