MANGO – HOUSE SYRUP
A rich, golden mango syrup made from hand-picked Kensington Pride mangoes, gathered from a hidden valley orchard.
Once a year, we head out into the hills — four-wheel drive country — to reach a small orchard tucked away from everything. The trees were planted over 60 years ago, and still produce some of the most beautiful mangoes we’ve ever seen.
There’s no easy access. No trucks, no large harvests. Just a short season, and as much fruit as we can carry.
Those mangoes become this syrup.
Made in-house, it’s smooth, sweet, and full of real mango flavour — bright and tropical, with a depth that only comes from properly ripened fruit.
It’s refreshing, vibrant, and incredibly easy to use.
How to Use
Add a splash to a glass, then top with soda water, lemonade, or a mix of both.
For a lighter drink, use soda water.
For something sweeter, use lemonade.
Serve over ice for a simple, refreshing drink.

This syrup starts the same way each year — with a trip out to that orchard, when the mangoes are at their peak.
We make as much as we can while the fruit is in season, capturing that flavour to enjoy long after the trees have finished for the year.

Made from ripe, sweet mangoes and balanced with a touch of lime, slowly crafted into a bright, tropical syrup in our kitchen.
