Mint Sugar

My Mum grows such incredible mint, its always so lush and healthy! Her mint is unlike any you'll find at the grocery store, it's incredibly fresh, bursting with incredible flavour and you can tell it's lovingly nurtured by hand.

We created this mint sugar to use in our restaurant’s bar (try adding to a Mojito, rim a coupe glass for a Mint Margarita or even mix with lemonade and soda water for a non alcoholic option, yum!). The cocktails were amazing and this mint sugar tranformed ordinary drinks into unique experiences. Our customers loved this sugar. Now we’re excited to share this blend with you.
