Petals and Sugar

We collect a selection of edible flowers from my Mums beautiful country garden, carefully remove the petals and dry them in the sun room. Each petal is lovingly grown without sprays or chemicals. The flowers embody the essence of the current season, as the garden evolves, the sugar changes!

We love this petal sugar at our restaurants bar. We used this in one of our customers all time favourite cocktails! It was a strawberry cocktail in a 1920's style coupe glass with a petal sugar rim. It was an absolutely stunning cocktail and the petal sugar rim made it something incredible.

Our Favourite Ways To Use:

1. Edible Flower Cake Decorations: Sprinkle the Petal and Sugar Blend on top of cakes or cupcakes. It looks amazing and adds a beautiful sweetness.
2. Floral Tea Sweetener: Stir the blend into hot or iced tea for a subtle floral sweetness. Delicate petal pieces through your tea is so beautiful and elegant. Perfect for high teas!
