One of the first plants my Mum planted in her garden was the beautiful rosella. From those very first years, our family crafted a unique and delicious rosella sugar. It was so vibrant in colour and it has a delicious, tangy, sweet flavour with floral and berry undertones, kind of like cranberry. It was beautiful and delicious! We couldn't wait to get this behind the bar at our restaurant. Rosella Margaritas, Rosella Daiquiris, even Rosella infused Gin and Tonics, we wanted to try it all!
Our Rosella Sugar is our most vibrant sugar. The stunning pink colour and distinct flavour make it a delightful addition to cocktails and desserts. We air dry the Rosellas naturally in our sun room to capture the most vibrant colour and flavour, with no extreme heat or comercial processes.
