We love rosemary and grow it wherever we can. At our restaurant, terracotta pots filled with rosemary welcome guests at the entrance, while more rosemary grows through the rustic stones out back. We also grow rosemary on our family farm and in my Mum's beautiful country garden.
Our chefs always use this incredible aromatic herb in the kitchen, pairing it with our farm grown russet potatoes or local cuts of lamb. Rosemary salt is an important part of our cooking, carrying the comforting scent of home. We can't wait to share this wonderful aroma and taste with your home.

Our Favourite Ways to Use Rosemary Salt:
- Seasoning Roasted Potatoes: Sprinkle rosemary salt (and a good olive oil) over potatoes and roast. It gives them such a comforting burst of flavour.
- Enhancing Grilled Meats: We love the classic use on lamb. However, its also incredible on chicken or beef. Try adding before grilling for an aromatic and flavourful crust.
- Flavouring Bread and Butter: Mix rosemary salt with butter to spread on warm, crusty bread.
- Topping Vegetables: Add a sprinkle to steamed or roasted vegetables. Simple and delicious.
