Our Tomato Chilli Chutney is made in small batches in our restaurant kitchen by our incredible chefs. Using heirloom chillis grown on our family farm, we ensure every jar is packed with authentic, rich flavour and the perfect mild heat. We are passionate about farming for flavour not production and using sustainable farming practices.
This chutney is an easy way to bring a burst of flavour to your meals. At the moment our chefs are using this in combination with roasted pumpkin, onion, sausage and bacon for a delicious breakfast item. It really adds an incredible flavour, sweetness and a gentle kick to the dish.

How We Like To Use Our Tomato and Chili Chutney:
- Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich: Spread a generous amount of Tomato Chilli Chutney between slices of artisanal bread along with your favourite cheese! Try an aged cheddar or mozzarella. Grill until golden and melty. Quick easy and incredibly delicious.
- Chutney Glazed Roast Chicken: Mix the chutney with olive oil, garlic and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Use it as a glaze for roast chicken, basting regularly during cooking to achieve a caramelised, tangy crust.
- Chutney-Marinated Grilled Vegetables: Toss chopped vegetables like capsicum, zucchini and eggplant in a mixture of Tomato Chilli Chutney and olive oil. Grill until tender and charred, then serve as a vibrant side dish or main course.
- Chutney and Cheese Platter: Serve Tomato Chilli Chutney as a condiment on a cheese platter or charcuterie board. Pair it with a variety of cheeses such as aged cheddar, brie and blue cheese, along with crackers and fresh fruit. We use this chutney on our charcuterie boatds at the restaurant, it pairs so well with so much.
