CHERRY TOMATO & CHILLI JAM – FARM HARVEST

A rich, sweet tomato jam with a gentle warmth, made from our own cherry tomatoes and heirloom chillies.

This batch started with an incredible season on the farm. The cherry tomatoes came through small, vibrant, and intensely sweet — full of flavour in a way only sun-ripened fruit can be. Alongside them, our heirloom chillies thrived as they always do, adding just the right amount of warmth.

We brought them together in our kitchen to create this jam.

Slow-cooked down, the tomatoes become soft and jammy, their natural sweetness deepening, while the chillies add a subtle heat that builds gently without overwhelming.

The result is balanced, savoury-sweet, and incredibly versatile.

How to Use

Spread generously or spoon alongside your favourite savoury dishes.

It works anywhere you’d normally add a relish or chutney — but with a little more depth.

Perfect With:

• burgers and steak sandwiches

• eggs and breakfast dishes

• cheese boards (especially with sharp or creamy cheeses)

From Our Kitchen

This jam is a reflection of a really good season — when everything came through exactly as it should.

We had more tomatoes than we could use fresh, and chillies that were too good not to pair with them. So we did what we always do — preserved it.
