Our Tomato Relish holds a special place in our hearts as the very first creation that sparked our passion for relishes and preserves. This is the original recipe that started it all at our family restaurant over 7 years ago! Perfect for burgers, sandwiches and dips, this relish elevates any dish with its rich and tangy taste. Over the years we've used it so many times, on burgers, on the bases at a pizza fundraiser night, mixed through pastas, on charcuterieboards and served on the side of breakfast items. It is a very popular relish that we sell at our restaurant. Incredibly versatile, it's a pantry essential loved by all.

How We Like To Use Our Tomato Relish:

1. Gourmet Burger Topping: Add a dollop to your favorite burger for an extra burst of flavour. 
2. Sandwich Spread: Use it as a spread in sandwiches with meats and cheeses. 
3. Dip Enhancement: Mix with sour cream or yogurt for a zesty dip. It's super easy. Just always keep a jar in the fridge and some sourcream or yoghurt and you have a quick and easy dip!
4. Pasta Sauce: Stir into pasta for a quick and flavourful sauce.
