This tomato relish is where it all began.

Over 7 years ago in our family restaurant, we created this recipe to serve alongside our dishes — and it quickly became something guests kept asking for again and again.

We’ve used it on burgers, spread through sandwiches, spooned onto breakfast plates, mixed into pasta, and served it on grazing boards.

It’s simple, versatile, and full of flavour — the kind of staple every kitchen needs.

Still made the same way today, this relish is slow cooked in small batches by our chefs, just as it always has been.
